Meatball Recipe



1 1/2 # Lean ground beef or turkey or chicken (Mix them for optimal flavors!)
1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil, oregano, thyme (combined)
1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
2 tablespoons fresh minced shallots
Splash of black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder

1. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients until moist and comes together.
2. Measure 1/4 cup for each meatball and roll into round shape.
3. On a sheet pan with aluminum foil, sprayed, place the meatballs about 2 inches apart.
4. Bake on bottom shelf of oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.

Once your meatballs are made, you can make your favorite sauce, such as a marinara, alfredo, or spaghetti and add the meatballs to the sauce as to marinate them. Buy some french or Italian bread and create the ultimate meatball sandwich or as pictured, serve it with your favorite vegetables and starch as a main meal.
