1 1/2 pounds ground Turkey, lean
1 onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon sage, fresh, chopped
6 tablespoons panko bread crumbs
4 tablespoons cranberries, whole, cooked
1/2 cup applesauce
2 teaspoons canola oil
Splash of black pepper
4 whole wheat buns, lettuce, tomato
4 teaspoons cranberry; reserved from above
Mix the turkey, onion, sage in one bowl.
Round burgers in a 4 x 4 size.
Chill for 1 hour.
Brush burgers with oil, broil or grill for 10 minutes; flip and continue to cook for 10 more minutes and enjoy!!!
