Super Charged Smoothie Recipes by Chef Jody

These smoothies are packed in healthy vegetables, fruit and herbs. Each contains a super ingredient to maximize the benefits.
Just combine the ingredients in a blender, mix until smooth and enjoy.
Each recipe makes 2 servings. Enjoy!

Pomegranate Berry Smoothie:
2 cups frozen mixed berries
1 cup pomegranate juice
1 banana
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup water

Banana Spice Smoothie:
2 medium ripe bananas
2 cups vanilla yogurt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon all-spice
12 ice cubes

Green Tea Smoothie:
3 cups of frozen green grapes
2 cups spinach
1 1/2 cups cooled, green tea
1 ripe avocado
2 teaspoons honey

Cool Cucumber Smoothie:
1 cucumber, chopped
2 ripe kiwis
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
1 cup soy milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
8 ice cubes

Orange-Flax Smoothie:
2 cups frozen peaches
1 cup carrot juice
1 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
