Apple Spinach Salad

In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, oil, salt, and the sugar. Add the apples, sweet onions, and raisins. Toss ingredients lightly, just to coat. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes for flavors to join. Just before serving, combine the spinach and romaine. Add the dressing, toss and enjoy!

3 Tablespoons cider vinegar
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 cups apples, peeled and small diced
1/4 cup sweet onions, chopped
1/2 cup seedless raisins
2 1/2 cups raw fresh spinach, rough cut
2 cups romaine or iceberg, rough cut
