Chef Jody's Mediterranean Chicken Recipe

This recipe uses ingredients found in a region of France, where I have studied Culinary Arts.
-4 tablespoons greek yogurt
-5 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes
-1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
-1/2 cup chopped fresh basil leaves, finely chop
-5 garlic cloves, medium chop
-4 Six ounce boneless chicken breasts

-Combine the yogurt, tomatoes, olive oil, basil and grlic in a large bowl and mix together.
-Place the chicken in the bowl and marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
-In a large saucepan, over medium heat, place the chicken in the pan to sautee.
-Cover and cook for 20-40 minutes, covered on low heat, turning about 2 times.
-You may serve this hot with salad greens or even enjoy it cold.
