In a Stanley Cup Finals type of game and atmosphere, the Blackhawks beat the Red Wings 2-1 Tuesday night. Hayes and Kruger scored for the Hawks and Filppula scored for the Wings. Even though he didn't score, Patrick Kane had one of the best games of his career, seemingly covering the entire ice at all times and making many great plays, perhaps to make up for the absence of Toews. Crawford was again outstanding with 31 saves and just like that, the Hawks go from a 9-game losing streak to a 4-game winning streak.
