TV Tidbits - Wednesday, January 7, 2015

I'm going with TV Tidbits as the title of this feature. Thank you, Kim Dale of Listing Beyond Forty for the suggestion.

And here's your news for the day:

So, yeah. Game of Thrones is not *just* showing a trailer in IMAX. It's also showing two episodes you've already seen. I'm fine with waiting until April.

Autographs from cast members of The Walking Dead are among the "most dangerous," which, unfortunately (fortunately?), doesn't mean they're prone to exploding or spraying you with flesh eating bacteria or anything. It's just that, yeah, if you buy one of them online, chances are you're buying a forgery. I hear the producers just lock the newbie cast members in a dungeon with a Sharpie and a stack of glossy 8x10s and tell them to, "Get signing!"

In "News We Already Knew," Morgan will be back for the second half of The Walking Dead's Season 5.

Phylicia Rashad thinks the allegations against Bill Cosby are a conspiracy to keep the actor/comedian off television, which, what?

The NBC Store now has a "Treat Yo Self" robe, which is really all the news coming out of NBC.

Yesterday was Norman Reedus's birthday and I hope someone got him a haircut.

People are like, "Whoa, The Wire is relevant." Welcome to the '90s, Mr. Bahnks.

The Talented Mr. Ripley is on HBO tonight. I've been meaning to rewatch this movie for almost a year now, ever since Philip Seymour Hoffman died. Could tonight be the night?
