We all have hidden talents. We all have dreams. We've all imagined ourselves winning Grammys or hosting a reality TV show or marrying a star football player (don't pretend you haven't). The people who have actually done those things in real life, they're not so different from you and me. They want to expand their horizons, too. They don't want to be pigeonholed. They want to become double and triple threats. Some of them are capable of doing this. Many more of them are not.
Last weekend, Justin Timberlake's new movie, Runner, Runner, was released to the tune of an 8% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Hammervision only gave it a middling 2 out of 5 stars. The movie, which was expected to gross about $12 million, made a little over $7.5 million. The people have spoken, JT. Stick to the music.
Which other celebrities need to stop trying to make fetch (and by "fetch" I mean new careers outside their bread and butter) happen?
