Embarrassing Fictional Crushes

AV Club just did a thing on fictional crushes. Here's my embarrassing list. Who's on yours?

Brand from The Goonies
Brand from The Goonies: I cannot be faulted for this. Josh Brolin was and is a dish.
Davy Jones from The Monkees
Davy Jones from The Monkees: Not an ENTIRELY fictional character, but this is a direct result of me watching too much Nick at Nite during my younger days.
Raphael
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Raphael: God, I just loved his bad attitude. What a rebel! Suck it, Leonardo.
Joe Willard from The Betsy-Tacy book series
Joe Willard from The Betsy-Tacy book series: I have a thing for independent loner dudes. Especially blond independent loner dudes who write and have tanned arms from working in the fields all summer.
Gangs of New York Leo
This one still baffles me.

Jack Bauer
Jack Bauer: Come on. Who DIDN'T have a crush on Jack Bauer at some point.
Peeta Mellark from The Hunger Games
Peeta Mellark from The Hunger Games: The sixteen-year-old girl who lives in my heart would've been a sucker for any sweet blond loner dude who gave her bread.
Sandor Clegane from A Game of Thrones
Sandor Clegane from A Game of Thrones: You can keep your Jaime Lannisters and your Jon Snows. I'll take The Hound

  • I'm sure there are more, but here are three that immediately spring to mind:
    Cher from Clueless
    Sydney Bristow from Alias
    She-Ra

  • In reply to Hammer:

Oh, I think you definitely forgot about Ryan Gosling's character in Drive.

  • In reply to Magistra:

Too true. I knew I had left somebody off. There you go - Driver from Drive. Scorpion Jacket!

Ooohhh, I love Dean Winchester from Supernatural

  • In reply to Julia Chase:

I will have to take your word for this one. I have never seen Supernatural.

  • Sarah Walker (Chuck)
    Dana Scully (The X-Files)
...and a little bit of Liz Lemon (30 Rock)

  • In reply to robertloblaw:

I don't want to know a person who hasn't loved either Dana Scully or Liz Lemon in their lifetime.

  • When it comes to GoT, I'm a Jon Snow girl. The boyfriend HATES it. Most of the time, though, I love the geeks (surprise, surprise.) I LOVED Egon from the Ghostbusters, and if I have to choose a turtle, Donatello. Science-y technobabble makes me melt. ;)

  • In reply to Lauren:

Donatello would be my second choice, if Raphael weren't available.

  • Dr. Sheldon Cooper (Big Bang Theroy). I know it makes no sense, but the heart wants what it wants...

  • In reply to daisymae03:

This makes more sense to me than it should.
