Big Bang Theory Show:

The Big Bang Theory Show has been my favorite tv show on CBS since I first watched it with my father-in-law.  In the past 5 years, I believed tv shows were lacking creativity, fun, and laugh factor in the sitcom catergory.  Seeing Big Bang Theory Show stopped my disappointment in TV because it seemed that reality tv consumed the channels.  Who doesn't like to just have a half hour of laughter and witty humor?  In today's times, having a show that takes you away from the violence and sorrow of everyday life with creative characters and humor, is a breath of fresh air in my book.  As a Social Worker, I always encouraged my clients to smile or laugh because laughter gets the good mood chemicals going in your head.

You may ask, what does a fitness game have anything to do with the Big Bang Theory Show?  Since I started working out in 2011, I have thought of exercising in terms of fun fitness so you enjoy getting healthy in long term goals.  When I get to my goal weight, I can't stop working out and when I stack up my options on what I can do to work out and have fun doing it, then I will be more successful.  The Big Bang Theory Show aires daily on TBS for reruns and brand new on CBS on Thursday evenings.  Check your local listings to see when it aires.  This show can be a daily dose of fun fitness for a healthy you in no time!Here is the fitness game for the Big Bang Theory Show and you can print out the spread sheet by clicking here:
