Super Bowl Game

I decided that it would be fun to participate in fitness by having a Super Bowl Game that gets you off your booty butt!  I believe I have ADHD when it comes to watching TV since I have so much energy.  I can't just sit there and watch.  To me that's just plain boring.  I  usually would wait to watch the commercials and half time show.  I feel like I have to do something.  I use to play touch football when I was a kid.  I also got to be on the sidelines of my high school football when I was a student athletic trainer.  I got more involved in the game when I was busy helping the football players when they got hurt.

The Super Bowl Game is similar to the concept of a drinking game but no drinking, you have to complete a fitness task.  I have been excited about this idea for a week now and wrote out the tasks on paper while I was at work the other day.  I told some of my friends about the Super Bowl Game and they were excited about it.  I managed to put together a spread sheet of the tasks, so you can print it out instead of having to memorize it.  I also decided that the half time show will be your break time and no need to keep track.
