You, too, can play with kittens through the Interwebs

I love cats.

But for various reasons, having an actual cat is not really an option for me.

Luckily, the good people at iPet Companion have made it so that you can play with kittens at various animal shelters across the U.S., as detailed further in this Chicago Tribune article.

You can rotate the camera around the room, as well as robotically move various toys located near the walls. I'm a little embarrassed to admit how much time I spent on this site last night. Let's just say it was longer than your average sitcom.

If you're a cat lover like me who just isn't in a position to own one, I'd definitely suggest you check it out.

As for the accompanying video, well, let's just it's your Tuesday morning cuteness jolt.
