Back to the Real world I go....

Back to the Real world I go....

Ok so I've been off of work for a little over 6 weeks now. This means that pretty soon, I'll be getting up every morning with my +1 and rushing out of the house to make it to work on time. For a normal person this will be easy, but over the last few months I've been suffering from learned laziness. During my pregnancy, I woke up everyday with just enough time to shower, get dressed and race out the door to make it to work with maybe 5 minutes or so to spare.

That will have to change now of course because the Mr and I will be scrambling to get ourselves ready for the day as well as our darling little Go-2-Baby. I was thinking of doing a test run one day during the week , but given my new-found  laziness that's pretty unlikely. If anyone in this world can make a hectic schedule of parenting, work and full time grad school I can. Add in a few freelance PR/Marketing clients and  you're talking my kind of workload. Lets face it, I love to be busy more than I like to be bored. Good thing its my last semester of Grad school right....

For a new mom who's always busier than all the bees, how do you adjust to your new responsibilities without missing a beat with your pre-mommyhood life? I know that I will have to lighten the load sooner or later but is there really a way to make it all work? In four months school will no longer be a factor and I'm sure I will be relieved....
