A Fat Burning Workout You Can Do Anywhere In 30 Minutes

Looking for a fat burning workout you can do anywhere in 30 minutes? You found it. Arguably the best and easiest tool you can use to get fit is your own body. Add ons, like dumbbells, bands, medicine balls and other weight equipment are great, but not always on hand, especially if your routine takes you out of your normal workout environment.

From top to bottom, with no rest at all, the following set of exercises should take you about nine minutes. Cycle through this set three fullfat burning workout by traci d mitchell times with about two minutes of rest in between and you'll be done in 30! It's a simple full body workout, hitting the big muscles of the glutes and quads, defining muscles of the shoulder, and last but not least - abs. You need a strong core! By the time you finish this workout, you'll have completed 4 1/2 minutes of six pack-building planks! It seems like a long time, but when planks are broken down into smaller increments, anyone can do them.

  • 1 Minute Walking Lunges
  • 30 Second Straight Arm Plank
  • 1 Minute Jumping Jacks
  • 30 Second Straight Arm Plank
  • 1 Minute High Knees
  • 30 Second Straight Arm Plank
  • 1 Minute Small Arm Circles
  • 30 Second Wall Squat
  • 1 Minute Speed Skaters
  • 30 Second Wall Squat
  • 1 Minute Supine Bridge
  • 30 Second Wall Squat

(REST 2 min, repeat two more times)

This is just an easy, feel-good workout, but your body will love you for getting it done. While heart rates are high during this workout, they shouldn't be through the roof. A full 30-minute workout is more than doable.

A couple exercises that may need further explanation:

Speed Skaters: Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms by sides. Hop to right, landing on right foot while sweeping left foot diagonally behind right leg and swinging left arm across body and right arm behind back. Jump to left, switching legs and arms to complete 1 rep. The goal is to work the outer part of the hips and thighs through this movement that imitates speed skating.

Supine Bridge
Begin by lying flat on your back with your knees bent and feet on the ground about hip-width apart. Squeezing through your bottom, push your hips upward and hold. Place pressure in your heels, not the balls of your feet.

Trying to get into better shape?
If you like this exercise and want to get into better shape, great! You need to focus on what you eat, too. There is no such thing as exercising away a bad diet. Eventually it will catch up to you.
