Protein Powder Review: The Vegan Edition

Vegan Protein Powder ReviewToday I reviewed a few different vegan protein powders, or meal replacement powders that you might want to consider.

The only criteria I had for evaluating these powders is they did not contain:

  • Soy*
  • High fructose corn syrup
  • Artificial sweeteners like aspartame, sucralose or ace-K
  • Whey, egg or anything else that would make this review non-vegan

The products I reviewed included:

  • Isagenix IsaLean Dairy Free
  • Vega One
  • Arbonne
  • Garden of Life Raw Meal *(note: Contains soy as natto, a fermented soy, which is quite healthy . It's also organic.)
