Day 4 | Fit Plan Journal by Gaiam
"Plan it. Track it. Achieve it." Those are the words taken straight from the cover of the Gaiam Fit Plan journal I've been using. Sometimes all you need is a little simple guidance, especially is you're sel-motivated, and a journal could be just what you need.
Ideal Gift Candidate?
Anyone who likes to track their workouts in detail, and measure progress right along with goal-setting.
What is it?
Gaiam is a lifestyle company that, among other things, publishes fitness journals. Each journal also provides details about various exercises, muscles in our body that make a difference and helpful tips that will help you reach your goals. My journal is geared toward running and keeps me monitoring my progress for 84 days.
Why it made the list?
Who doesn't like to make progress, especially when it comes to their fitness? If you have an exercise buff on your list, Fit Plan journals are great stocking stuffers! Personally, I love that each day I have to track not just my workouts, but also how much water I drank, sleep I got and meals I ate. It keeps me accountable to my health! Even the best of us need to keep it real!
How much does it cost?
Where can I get it?
Most major book stores, including Barnes & Noble and Amazon.
