Techweek held its job fair on Saturday with a number of notable companies present for job candidates to tell their story. This well-attended event kept these companies busy with their applications. But, if you were unable to make this valuable job fair check out the following companies that were present and are looking to hire.

This is quite a nice array of companies to contact. There are potential job opportunities available in business and technical fields including business development, marketing, HR, operations, design, development, data analytics, and more.

TechWeek is wrapping up this Tuesday after a successful, well-organized event. There is also a LAUNCH contest where 35-prequalified start-ups competed by demonstrating their products and services in TechWeek Startup City. The final five compete on the main stage inside of the Techweek Conference. The guest judges featured are part of a panel of venture capitalists and influential key technology figures. The winning startup will receive over $100,000 in cash and prizes.

I agree that after a few years out of a job, it's time to start thinking about a new career, learning something new and getting a certification or degree in another field. Don't wait this long. Need to keep up with what is needed in the society and use your current skills to repackage yourself.
