In just a few days my family and I will be taking a fantastic journey to
the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico. I'm flying you with me to experience this cool green eco-adventure.
We will be going to jungles, beaches, and protected eco-parks throughout the
Yucatan Peninsula area to experience some really incredible things in nature.
As
you can see by the map below, the Yucatan Peninsula is located on the far
right-hand side of Mexico. It juts up into the Gulf of Mexico and is favored
with tropical oceans and exotic jungle. The yellow "pushpin" marks the general
area near where we will be staying - our travels will stretch from the city
of Cancun down through the Playa Del Carmen region.
