PizzaFusion is a remarkable chain of restaurants focused on doing good for
the earth. Foods served at PizzaFusion include organic, all-natural, and
gluten-free - allowing those who want a healthier "fast food" choice for their
family to indulge in fresh and natural goodness for dinner. Although the
restaurant is found across the United States, the only PizzaFusion restaurant in
Chicagoland is in Naperville, IL on the corner of 59 and 75th street.
My "living naked and healthy" mission with PizzaFusion was to determine if
the restaurant is all it touts itself to be. Considering the level of allergies
my family and I suffer from, we were happily rewarded last evening with a
healthy and tasty experience. More surprising, PizzaFusion is an all green and
LEED certified building with a "save the Earth" mindset.

we have nothing like that in springfield but we do have a restaurant called maldaner's that is the slow food center for this neck of the woods. the chef (mike higgins) serves all the local food that he can get and wines...no micro brewery here yet so beer is out. they do a series of "local dinners" throughout the growing season and host a lot of eco gatherings...keep up the good work
