I like this sale. It's in one of those smallish ranch houses in Skokie that surprises you when you go inside and see all the living space. I like the firm that organized this sale, too. They always unearth the most interesting things, they're friendly and open to offers. Many who work for Fulton & Coard are longtime appraisers, which lends accuracy to their prices, too.
