Earlier this week I spoke with Josh Looman, senior designer for Madden NFL 13. We talked at great length about the new Connected Careers mode and touched on some other features as well. I could not get an answer from Josh on when the Madden NFL 13 demo was coming out. As of right now, there's still no release date for the demo. But an EA representative told me the team would be announcing something soon.

UPDATE: The demo for Madden NFL 13 will be available for download on Tuesday, August 14th. You'll be able to play two different matchups: San Francisco 49ers vs. N.Y. Giants and Seattle Seahawks vs. Washington Redskins. Check out the preview videos below. For more details on the Madden NFL 13 demo check out their blog.
