2K Sports has announced that their demo for MLB 2K12 will be available on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 this Tuesday, February 28th. You'll be able to play with the two teams from the 2011 World Series -- St. Louis Cardinals and Texas Rangers. 2K Sports has not released any information on how long the demo will be. But if past demos are any indication, they are usually three innings.
MLB 2K12 will hit stores on Tuesday, March 6th for Xbox 360 and PS3.
