FutureSox publishes top 25 prospect lists multiple times a year. Currently, we post one before the minor league season begins and one at the midway point of the season after the draft signings come in. The rankings are created by a voting system, much like AP college sports rankings, with the votes coming from (usually) seven of our contributors. (In 2011/2012 we shifted from three lists per year to two)
