6/12 recap: All four affiliates lose

It was a forgettable day for the White Sox. The big league club lost 4-0 to Detroit and all four full season affiliates fell as well. Marcus Semien had a nice day at the plate and Chris Beck actually racked up some strikeouts.

Pawtucket 6, Knights 1

Micah Johnson 0-4, K
Carlos Sanchez 0-4, 2 K
Marcus Semien 3-4, HR #3, K
Matt Davidson 0-3, 2 K
Erik Johnson 4 IP, 4 R, 3 K, 5 BB, 6 H

Another disappointing start for Erik Johnson. Any concern at this point is justified.

Montgomery 4, Barons 2

Trayce Thompson 0-5, K, SB #10
Rangel Ravelo 1-4
Jaime Pedroza 3-4, 2 2B
Chris Beck 5 IP, R, 5 K, 2 BB, 7 H

Beck hasn't struck many guys out, but this start is improvement. Of course it also came when he allowed seven hits and two walks in just five innings.

Potomac 3, Dash 2

Tim Anderson 0-4, BB, K
Jacob May 2-5, 2B, K
Joey DeMichele 0-1, 3 BB
Grant Buckner 2-4, HR #3, K
Tony Bucciferro 7 IP, 2 R, 6 K, 0 BB, 5 H

Greensboro 5, Intimidators 2

Trey Michalczewski 1-3, 2B, K
Jeremy Dowdy 3-4
Kale Kiser 2-3, 2 3B
Jake Sanchez 5 IP, 4 UER, 3 K, 2 BB, 6 H
