  • Alex gets his green card.

Fire now have 5 international roster spots open.

  • In reply to Guillermo Rivera:

Like robins in the springtime of the Chicago Fire! :D

  • In reply to Guillermo Rivera:

Are they going to use them?

  • I know anything can happen, but it probably wont. I hope to eat crow.

  • The Silverbacks defeated Colorado last night 2-1.

If the Fire win tonight they will go to Atlanta next week for a quarterfinal match.

  • In reply to Guillermo Rivera:

I find it interesting to note that this Atlanta squad is advancing under Wynalda. Makes me think what he accomplished in 2012 with the Cal FC squad.

  • In reply to BrianC.:

Maybe every technical director should work part time. ;)

  • Timbers add a 29 year old DP center back. Former West Brom defender Liam Ridgewell.

  • In reply to Guillermo Rivera:

In Chicago Fire DP news, we still have Anangano sitting on the bench.

  • In reply to Tweaky:

And every single one of them, except for Eddie Johnson and Gilberto, more productive than the Fire's last 5 DPs. Scouting talent is hard.

  • There's MLS regular season action tonight if you can believe it.

    I'll take Vancouver over Montreal.

  • In reply to Guillermo Rivera:

Good to know. I'm getting tired of all this World Cup soccer... ;)
