Sources: Anibaba traded to Seattle

It looks like the Fire have completed a pre-draft trade sending Jalil Anibaba to the Seattle Sounders in exchange for Jhon Kennedy Hurtado and Patrick Ianni. There could be other moving parts in the deal but that appears to be the meat of the trade. Stay tuned.

Fire sign Notre Dame's Harrison Shipp to Homegrown deal

It’s not exactly a Michael Bradley-esque announcement but it’s a positive move. The Fire have agreed to terms with Notre Dame’s Harrison Shipp as the club’s third Homegrown Player signing.
