  • Who coaches the reserve team? funny no mention of Logan Pause. Did not see any action on the first team and none with the reserve. is he okay?

  • In reply to WBO5ElGuapo:

Leo Percovich coaches the reserve team. Logan Pause was unavailable this weekend with a hamstring strain.

I thought Larry Sunderland was coaching the reserves. Anyways, why isn't Sean Johnson starting the reserve game? He is the future of the Chicago Fire. Since Sean Johnson needs a lot of help between the nets, he needs to play in the reserves since John Conway is starting. I don't get it at all. I wonder who is behind this decision and it is not good. Like a young NHL goalies, he needs to play every game and go through the growing pains. Philly is going with a different approach by getting Mondragon and develop MacMath slowly after Chris Seitz debacle.

The Fire said on their Twitter and Crandall posted on Section 8's forum that Johnson was dealing with a slight injury that he'd picked up a few days before.

He was on the bench for both the first team match and the reserve match in case of emergency but they elected to rest him for the reserves.
