The Fire have issued a release promising a "major player announcement" tomorrow. I'm not sure yet if it's a new addition or an announcement regarding a current player's status.
I'm guessing the press conference hasn't been called to announce the signing of Bratislav Ristic.

Not exactly the major announcement everyone was hoping for but the good news is the Fire have alot of additional cap space available for next season now.

Demerit can still join a club in Europe because he is a free agent - they are not limited by the transfer window. I am guessing that the EPL is waiting for the 25 man rule to settle and then some team might pick him up if there is room on the roster.
