Conde / Fire Discussing New Contract

Sam Stejskal has an update on the contract negotiations between Wilman Conde and the club. The Fire have made what agent Diego Gutierrez called an "interesting" offer. The decision on whether to stay with the Fire or pursue possible offers in Argentian, Spain, France, or Mexico is up to Conde.

When is the deadline to renew Conde's contract?

There is no set deadline. It's up to Conde now since he apparently has a good offer on the table from the Fire. His contract is up at the end of the season.

Please, stay Conde... though we allegedly have some "talented youngsters" in back (Watson-Siriboe, Kinney), we don't need to lose WildMan and CJ in the same season. Not that CJ compares to WC but he keeps the D organized.
