Even though it still feels like a mix of fall and winter, it is the SPRINGTIME!!! You want to be prepared once the weather breaks. You don’t want to get caught wearing knee-high boots in 65 degree weather. Here are some MUST HAVE colors, apparel and shoe choices for the spring 2013 season. Ankle strap wedges and sandals make thinner legs look more shapely, flats are more comfortable when commuting from home-to-work (for those women like myself who love wearing high heels in the office) or when you’re doing some walking and the high-top colorful wedge sneakers are a really a popular trend right now. The wedge sneakers come in a variety of fabric textures such as leather, suede or canvas. Some are solid, color-blocked or decked out in studs. They look good with leggings or skinny leg pants. They are comfortable for wearing and still very stylish when you’re on the go. The popular colors this spring season are nude, peach, corral and turquoise. All four colors actually look good together as well as separate. Drop jaws in peach high-waisted leggings and peplum skirts/dresses, turn heads in a pair of peach shades, and start your own trends with color blocking on a piece by piece basis (Ex: Nude color top, peach leggings and nude high top sneakers). I myself like to shop around so below is a listing of several retailers where you can purchase these different styles/colors of shoes and apparel in the hottest hues for spring 2013. I LOVE all things fashion and I LOVE to style people as well. If you need assistance with your styling needs or you are looking for something specific, but cannot find it please send me an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org (fees w/apply). You want to be a trendsetter---not a trend follower.
