West Town's online community newspaper Our Urban Times is working on a trilogy report examining the three-pronged relationship between the police, public officials, and the people as it pertains to the 13th police district. The 13th district building, currently located at 2247 W. Chicago, is in danger of being closed. Our Urban Times's coverage looks at the issue from three vantage points, hoping to draw some cross-group conclusions and cohesion. We're still waiting on Part III, so here are the first two parts:

Part I, October 26: The Police

Part II, November 5: Public Officials
