How exciting is it to try something new, impromptu, on-the-go, & extemporaneously every once in a while?
I've been exploring Chicago ever since I started going to school out here and every day I learn something new and appealing about this city. I don't know the ins and outs of Chicago, and I don't even want to. I enjoy getting excited each time I learn about a shabby new coffee shop or chic little place to hang out for lunch, while I'm out on-the-go, not even looking for adventure.
Instinct. That's what I wanted to make this post about. I believe in surprises and miracles and waking up each day not knowing that today could be the best day of your life. How mechanical are you to spend your days going to the same spots, spending a lot of money on useless food, and not opening yourself up to what else Chicago has in store?
With that, I want to introduce a new CREPE place in Lakeview that I discovered right off of the Diversey brown line stop, "BeeZzee Fresh Food" http://beezzeerestaurant.com/
Here they serve fresh salads, dinner options, amazing sweet and savory crepes made right in front of you, fresh juices, and smoothies. The crepes were delicious and so beautifully decorated. I tried the Nutella banana walnut and caramel Nutella ones. My favorite juice was the apple, carrot, & ginger. Check out my pics and head on over for a great spur-of-the-moment experience in a new part of town. Enjoy and don't forget to embrace spontaneity!
