We as people watch movies and dream. We are drawn, caught searching for the romanticism that helps us believe in one powerful four-letter word, love.
It exists for many of us. We love our family, husbands, wives, boyfriends and girlfriends. We love our friends, our pets. However, inside some of us, is the diming spark of our lives.
It devours us. Eats away at our souls and affects how and who we are with one another.
During the dregs of the day, we are surrounded by a cacophony of miserable circumstances that we carry in our bags. Resting in our body language and wording our speech. Filled with sudden sadness, we are full of questions. We go through our days lacking any inspiration or vision. Except for when we reminisce.
At times, we need that movie, that certain song or the picture slides that remind us why we must continue. We need to dream and romanticize with our feelings over and over again. It gives us the strength to carry on when the dog days of life attempts to get the best of us.
We need the people who offer a glint of inspiration in our lives. The ones we romanticize about while we are finally in touch with our reminders. Reminders that the diming spark of our lives are only temporary, that day can always end on a positive note, a love note.
Take advantage and remind yourselves of the spark that carries through your day. Now turn around, thank them and tell them how much you love them.
