Peanut butter (and almond butter) is a staple of my fitness life. I use it for both pre-race and post-race fueling and before and after many of my other workouts. In fact, I love peanut butter so much that the National Peanut board contacted me and asked me write a guest post about how I use peanut butter as a part of my active lifestyle.
