The Signature Room at the 95th® hosted its first vegan wine dinner on the restaurants 96th floor. The Signature Room at the 95th®, located in the world renown John Hancock Building along the Magnificent Mile, has one of the best views of Chicago. The special guest of the evening, Jon Grant, is a long-time vegan and the winemaker for Grant Family Wines gave a lively and energetic introduction of his wines in a manner that captured our attention as if we were going on a wine making journey with him. Angela Roma Aspito, the Director of Operations, did an excellent job of making sure that this dining gathering was a delightful and exquisite experience. There were also tasting notes during this five-course gourmet vegan dinner event prepared by Executive Chef Cardel Reid. This special multi-course vegan culinary event paired with Grant Family Wines and a magnificent view of Chicago at night made for a for an exclusive and wonderful one-night-only Chicago event. Let me recap this excellent plant-based dining experience for you.
