Even though I'm a "healthy eater" I would never eat greens without seasoning or with a good sauce. I'm not that healthy. Let's face it, fat gives food flavor. Here's a recipe you can use on top of steamed greens (or even lentils). This sauce is so good I could seriously drink it.
- In a bowl briskly whisk together the tahini and water until combined. It will look separated at first: just keep whisking!
- Add remaining ingredients and whisk until combined.
- Add additional water if you want it thinner.
- Serve over grains and greens.
