Purely Elizabeth's New Granolas

This granola is made with pumpkin seeds (which are known to benefit men's health) and dried figs. I was really excited to try this combination and it did not disappoint. This granola would be delicious on top of a dairy free vanilla ice cream such as Living Harvest Tempt Vanilla Bean Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert.
I’ve already confessed my love for Purely Elizabeth’s other gluten free products, which includes a fabulous line of gluten-free muffin, cookie and pancake mixes so I was excited to hear about her new granolas. Each ingredient is hand-selected and baked in small batches. Purely Elizabeth uses gluten-free ancient grains, oats, and seeds plus dried fruit, organic... Read more »

The Most Beautiful Woman in the World

Recently People Magazine named J-Lo as its’ “Most Beautiful” but my vote goes to Kelley Starkweather Rush. I became aware of Kelley when one of my own spiritual teachers and Facebook Friends, Rev. Mark Anthony Lord, shared her amazing photo. At first glance, I just thought she looked like a glowing smiling extraterrestrial. Then I... Read more »
