It looks like we're going to have perfect summer weather for Memorial Day weekend!

This is your once-a-year opportunity to get up early, head downtown, and Bike The Drive on Sunday.  The ride starts promptly at 5:30am and you can cover as many miles as your pedals will pump before 10:15am.  So in traditional Chicago fashion, ride early and ride often!

Here are some other great rides and cycling events for this weekend and the upcoming week, courtesy of our friends at the chainlink;

Tonight, Friday May 25th:  Critical Mass Ride, 6pm-11pm at Daley Plaza.

Tomorrow, Saturday May 26th:  3rd Annual Hockey Nostalgia Ride, Tour of Historic Uptown Sites

Sunday, May 27th: Tour de Cure via Bike The Drive, Bike The Drive

Monday, May 28th:  Memorial Day Ride, Chicago South Side Kidical Mass

Thursday, May 31st: Streets for Cycling 2020 Plan Meeting, Gary Comer Youth Center, 4pm

Friday, June 1st: Two Brothers Hop Juice Festival, Lake Bluff Twilight Criterium, First Friday Ride

Don't forget to check Mike Bentley's Midwest Bicycle Rides 2012 page for current and future rides outside of the Chicago area.

Enjoy this beautiful weekend - keep riding and be safe!
