While I was driving the all-new Lincoln MKX, I had to keep telling myself:
X is for Crossover
Z is for Zephyr
It didn't help. I still managed to call the new SUV MKZ and the sedan hybrid MKX. Several times. On twitter. On my blog (before I caught the mistake). In conversations. Arg!
While I think both cars are stellar--both in appearance and ride--I really wish Lincoln would rethink its naming strategy. But that's another rant for another time.
