UNO Charter Cleanup

Barbara Byrd-Bennett gave a big speech yesterday morning (and there's another CTU lawsuit on tap for today) but Tuesday's big news was the attempt to straighten things out at UNO, the embattled massive charter school network. Did they do enough, or not anywhere close?  Also: At schools some receiving sites started giving tours to students attending closing schools, says DNAI, and there's apparently a one year moratorium on virtual charters outside Chicago.
