Schools can't solve these problems. Help must come from the outside... A holistic approach Getting at the root of school safety will take proven restorative justice strategies as a first line of defense against student misbehavior and violence.

  • Rebecca Harris at Catalyst authored an excellent article on restorative justice programs and CPS's on-again, off-again, no follow-through patterns. Read it. It's an amalgam of wasted time, money and effort.
    Aren't teachers, PSRPs and admin sick and tired of "yet another program" this month, this year?
