Who Should Be Chicago's "Promise Zone"?

Planning grant awards will be announced next month, but why wait?  Catalyst has a roundup of five neighborhoods (Englewood, Roseland, Logan Square, Woodlawn, Chicago Lawn) that will be applying for the $10 million Promise Neighborhood program grants funded by President Obama and modeled after the Harlem Children's Zone.  Who do you think should get the money, and will it do any good?  What do you know about the proposing partner organizations or the areas that the rest of us might not know?  Anyone else reminded a little bit of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, or Arne's old favorite, the Community Schools Program? I have to say, it all seems to me a little bit like using a Nerf assault weapon against a battleship.  Discuss.  Defend.  Deny.
