Media: Losing McEvoy, Winning Rado

The Tribune has brought back Diane Rado to do regional and statewide education coverage, replacing (sort of) the recently departed Stephanie Banchero (who's gone to the Wall Street Journal).  Meantime, arts and education editor Julia McEvoy will be leaving Chicago Public Radio for a job at KQED San Francisco.  No word on if and when the station will name a replacement there.  Congrats and condolences to both.  Let the screeds against "corporate" journalism begin.  Or, if you know of any other education-related journalism comings and goings, please fill us in.
