School News Updates August 17-21

Here's the place for this week's news and commentary -- most of it provided by you.  I'm (trying to stay) away again this week, though I may post some links and ideas that will appear here (hit reload if you don't see anything new).  Meantime, feel free to share breaking news links, firsthand experiences of the new year (for those of you on Track E), and your views on the budget, the furloughs, the clout story, and all the rest.

Substance News just published an article on what happened at Friday mtg at St. Augustine's College.
