It may be snowing and all this morning in Chicago, but at least the Mayor and Board aren't mucking around incessantly with bus routes, cell phone bans, and re- de- centralizing the system like they are in New York City these days: Mayor Attacks Critics of Plan to Fix Schools. leaders to stand behind him at a news conference yesterday as a show
of support for his proposals." That's no way to win the Broad Prize.
