Years, later, the pendulum may be swinging back again -- though not directly towards Child Parent Centers. President Obama wants to create 20 Hope Zones, which would feature early childhood and parent-child learning. And the Nurse Practitioner program (aka Swamp Nurse) is apparently going national, too.
