My charter school wish list? Thanks for asking. An increase in the cap so that Chicago kids can get exposed to some of the ideas that have worked in other places. A requirement that charter schools get measured identically to district schools. A few charters authorized by someone besides the Board. How about a union-run charter school while we're at it?
