High court turns down trampoline injury suit Tribune
A former middle-school pupil who was
left a quadriplegic at 13 after a trampoline accident in his
extracurricular tumbling class cannot sue Chicago Public Schools, the
Illinois Supreme Court ruled Wednesday...The accident occurred Dec. 14, 1992, at Bryn Mawr Elementary School.

were seeking two male Hispanics possibly driving a black Nissan who
yelled gang slogans and opened fire on a crowd, striking a 9-year-old
girl in the arm late Wednesday on the Southwest Side.
