I'll write more about this later, and include the links to news coverage, but in the meantime you should know that I'm scheduled to be on WBEZ radio for a few minutes this morning at about 9 am to talk about the new report and announcement from the Chicago Community Trust, which has poured $50+ million into CPS over the past five years, much of it into literacy and PD efforts (along with some support for Ren10 and CHSRI, of course). There's a noon event at Carson at which time the report will be officially released and CCT will announce what it's doing next with its money. In the meantime, feel free to weigh in with your experiences or impressions of the Trust's efforts, compared to Annenberg, Gates, and other folks. Are they any better, any different?
