Like Lovie Smith and next year's Bears, Mayor Daley will shortly have a decision to make about who should quarterback the Chicago Public Schools. Both Grossman and Duncan suffer from constant questions about their abilities performance. Both have failed to exceed expectations. Both have lasted much longer than anyone predicted. Should Daley replace Duncan, and if so, why? Will Daley replace Duncan before the end of the year, and with whom? Or is who leads CPS not really the most important issue?
